After Hour Answers - Service Agreement

I certify that I am the expressed owner of the computer system(s) and related equipment to be serviced by After Hour Answers.

I understand that technical service rendered by After Hour Answers may void manufacturer warranties for the computer system(s) and related equipment. After Hour Answers does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided.

I expressly waive all claims against After Hour Answers for any damages to this computer system or data that are incidental due to the technical service rendered. I understand that After Hour Answers’ liability for damage to my computer(s) is limited to damage that is caused only by negligent acts or negligent omissions on the part of After Hour Answers.

I understand that After Hour Answer is not responsible for data that may be damaged, or lost due to the process of service. I am aware that I may request After Hour Answers to back up my data for an additional cost prior to beginning work on my computer(s).

I have been advised that it is my responsibility to understand the impact of upgrades to the operating system, applications, and utility software. I am aware that some upgrades can lead to incompatibilities and possibility, the loss of data. After Hour Answers will notify me of any known incompatibilities at the time of service, but some may become apparent at a later date.

I authorize After Hour Answers to have access to files on my computer. Although After Hour Answers will not randomly browse my hard drive they may inadvertently see data during the course of repair. I have removed all personal and private files I do not wish others to see.

I am aware that After Hour Answers reserves the right to refuse work that they believe is beyond the scope of their ability or for other good cause.

I understand that total fees for services rendered are due upon completion of service. After Hour Answers will provide an estimated time completion for my service, but in the event that the service is expected to exceed the estimation by more than one hour, my approval will be required.
